SINGLE SPIRAL: This delightful lightweight tool works wonders to activate the wrist.  Have the patient hold the handle and use wrist circumduction, thumb and finger rolling, or spinning to move the washers up and down the spiral.  

This item is constructed of a lightweight bouncy coil, a wood-based handle, and a washer for spiralizing. Do not pull on the coil

DOUBLE SPIRAL: This tool is designed to focus on the wrist and forearm as the patient makes a firm fist and works the tool in all directions to bring the washer to the other side of the spiral.  Please note double attachment spirals are varied sizes and are all a challenge.  Spirals are sent randomly
